Information for your visit

The Jewish Museum in Rendsburg is one of the first Jewish museums to be founded in Germany after the Second World War. We are currently redesigning our permanent exhibition for you. The museum is still open during this time (you can find our corona regulations HERE), but we ask for your understanding that there is construction and renovation work going on and that the exhibitions on history and art are not accessible.

Since the museum is at home in the newest surviving synagogue in Schleswig-Holstein and thus not only an exhibition center, but also a historical monument and memorial, there is still a lot to discover and learn - especially about the Jewish religion and identity. Last but not least, we recommend our current special exhibition "This is me", which can still be visited without restrictions.

Corona pandemic

The Jewish Museum is open. You can find an overview of all the Corona regulations that currently apply to the museum HERE.
